    | We are located about a half hour southwest of downtown San Antonio just outside of
    Somerset, TX.
Please note, we do not have a "walk in store", so order what you need and we'll get a package ready for
pick up with (or without) an order of bees. Since we are a bee farming operation and work our bees at
multiple locations, we are not always at our main location during the week. We hold morning beekeeping classes until noon on the weekends
throughout the spring and take orders via our website for supplies.
We then schedule appointments to pick up bees and supplies with afternoon pick up times on the weekends.

    | Oxalic Acid and Formic Acid are both "organic" options and are available
online from a variety of sources. Our sources are limited at this time, so
please check before placing large orders. Coming soon, HopGuard3, another organic option. Meanwhile we still carry a supply of the Apivar strips and have recently added
the VarroxSan (currently on back order) Oxalic Acid and vegetable glycerine on fiberboard strips. We normally have
plenty in stock and available throughout the spring season. Please order
below to add to your order for pick up with bees this year.

        VarroxSan

The following information is provided by the supplier of the productThe one you’ve been waiting for! This product, oxalic acid in slow-release fiberboard strips,
is going to be a game-changer and we’re so excited to be bringing it to the US market.
Sustained release and high efficacy (average: 96.8%), means that VarroxSan can be used as
a primary knockdown treatment, throughout the season. VarroxSan is approved for use during a honey flow,
        when supers are present.

VarroxSan® offers a natural solution for managing varroa mite infestations in honey bee colonies,
utilizing oxalic acid in a convenient strip format. This treatment is not only highly effective but also incredibly simple to use.

With its slow-release strips containing oxalic acid dihydrate, VarroxSan ensures precise dosing that effectively targets at
least three life cycles of the varroa mite. As an organic compound, oxalic acid is naturally present in various plants, making this
treatment a safe choice for your bees. In many hive types, one strip of VarroxSan is recommended for every 2.5 brood frames covered with bees.
The strip can be folded to be applied between the brood frames. When using medium boxes, apply one strip for every 5 frames of bees. Double mediums
should be treated as a deep box. Leave the treatment on the hive for 42-56 days.
VarroxSan is well-tolerated by honey bees, with no effect on brood or adult bee population.
VarroxSan does not leave any detectable residues in wax or honey, nor cause any change to the pH,
moisture content or other characteristics of honey.

        Apivar
Apivar® is packaged in vacuum-sealed foil pouches. A single application
of two strips per brood chamber is sufficient to treat a hive, so you
spend less time and effort treating your bees, and there is less
disruption of the bees than with many other treatments. Strips are not
individually wrapped and must be used within 2 weeks after opening.

    | We double check all hives and nucs prior to marking them ready for pick up
and rarely have issues, but we are human and prone to mistakes and bees are
live animals and prone to change from one day to the next. Therefore we have
the following policy and will replace or exchange a
colony if we are notified of an issue right away. Waiting more than a week
to report an issue is not considered right away.
 Cancellation, Refund and Return Policy:
Honey bees are livestock, therefore they are
    subject to conditions and other factors that effect their health such as;
diseases, pesticides, temperatures, etc. and since we have no control over the
conditions the bees are subjected to once they leave our property, we can
not be responsible for incidents or accidents after they leave our
possession. For these reasons, you are more than welcome to do hive inspections before leaving our property.

Should you decide to waive the pick up day inspection, we simply ask that you please report any issues within 48 hours of receiving your bees.

Since we must make all necessary arrangements and commitments to secure
everything needed to fill orders, from equipment to reserving bees to
securing queens from preferred out of state breeders, etc., we have the following cancellation policy:

 Cancellation of Orders: All
cancellations for refunds must be requested in writing within seven (7) days from the time the order is placed. A 10% processing fee will be applied to all cancellation requests filled after the seventh day of the order and will be processed as time permits.

Returns for Supplies and Gear: If there is any issue with any equipment, supplies or gear, please let us know within seven (7) days of the receipt of the product and we will arrange for an exchange. All requests for a refund filled after this time are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
